I am interested in changing banks and am not clear on your ATM refund policy. What is it and how does it work? Also, what other charges are there for a checking account and do you have online banking?

We offer free, nationwide ATM withdrawals, but if you’re ever charged a service fee at any ATM, our refund policy is this: Bring the receipt to any Centennial bank location and we'll refund the charge to your Centennial account. That's all you have to do.
We offer several checking account options including free checking. Our free checking account doesn’t require a minimum balance and isn’t service charged at all if you're signed up for our free e-statements. Otherwise, a $5 paper statement fee is charged.
